What to include

Something isn't working

• What you were doing and what happened instead.
• Whether it was on the website or in the app, and on which device or browser.
• A screenshot, if you can.

Your account or your data

Write from the email address of your account and say what you would like: a copy of your data, a correction, or your account deleted. We only act on a request we can confirm comes from the account's owner, so we may reply to that address and ask you to confirm.

A score or a match detail

The match, and what you saw against what you expected.

Advertising

What you would like to promote, and when. Advertise with Motexiz shows where ads appear and the images they need.
